The menu is designed to spoil you with smokey charred meats paired with tantalizing sauces. Katy’s cloud bread with a wood-fired corn puree, wood-fired prawns, or a selection of wood-fired meat. Every meat has been paired with our chef-selected seasoning. From port wine jus made from red, red wine or pork mid-loin chop paired with fruity apple & apricot chutney.
